All the restoration operations were aimed at achieving the following objectives: to stop the degradation phenomena found on the cover of the villa; to store, where possible, existing materials which did not have non-recoverable functional deficits; to structurally improve coverage and make the subtotal of one of the historic villas on Lake Como accessible and safe.
