Conservative restoration intervention, functional redevelopment with removal of architectural barriers

Cardinal Branda Castiglioni Palace is composed of two distinct buildings: the first built in the 14th century, enlarged and embellished in the 15th century, while the second part was built in the first decades of the 15th century and was then extensively remodeled in the following years with a series of interventions that completely changed its primary architectural concept. The interventions consist of works divided into several areas: removal of internal parts; protection against solar radiation; creation of new toilet-changing room facilities; redevelopment of courtyard areas-sloping pedestrian path; belvedere redevelopment; works on electrical systems; mechanical plant works.
