The construction site involves the historic building located in Milano in Via del Carmine, in a totally central pedestrianized area. The building has a predominantly tertiary/residential purpose. The works were carried out exclusively on the external facades by positioning scaffolding along the entire external perimeter of the building. The works carried out were the removal and installation of gutters and downspouts, the beating of the plaster together with the washing of the façade, the restoration of the friezes, the artistic decorations and the stone surfaces, the re-doing of the removed background plasters, the smoothing of the plaster patches, painting and glazing.
